Saturday Morning Exercise Class
Resident Joyce Armstrong leads weekly fitness classes in the Garden Room from 10 to 11 AM. Following routines presented by the Moulton Plaza senior center, participants exercise sitting on or standing behind a chair. There is no charge.

4:00 PM: The Saturday movie is shown the fourth Saturday of every month in Hodges Hall.
