Resident Villas
Choose your own perfect unit. We have one to three bedrooms with one to two baths as possible choices.
Resident villas may be leased from month to month or a full year's lease may be paid in advance, earning a discount in the twelfth month. The plan includes lease and maintenance.
You may purchase optional meal plans, either for all the meals of the month, or occasional meals. Lunch is a three-course meal served from 11:30 to 1:30. The cost is $14 per meal. There is a discount for a full month's purchase. Afternoon sandwiches, available from 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, are $2.50 each.
Each resident makes individual arrangements for the following: telephone, electricity, cable TV. A carport can be rented for a small monthly fee.
A guest villa for a few days' stay would be a great advantage to you in feeling the special atmosphere here at The Willows. Take a little time to drink in the beauty, stroll the grounds and enjoy the wonderful dining room.
